Pre-Visit Instructions
- •Take a prior appointment; call us on UAN: 111-244-000, book through our website: www.buchhospital.com, or visit us at Buch International Hospital, Buch Villas, Multan.
- •Upon arrival at BIH on the appointment day and time, get yourself registered at the reception counter. If you are already registered with BIH, please keep your PRN (Patient Record Number/Card) with you.
- •Full payment will be required on appointment day through either cash or card. Payment through cheque or in installments is not admissible.
- •Arriving late may delay the laboratory reports for the consultations with doctors or may conflict with other appointments resulting in delays.
- •Two days visit is recommended; initial examination and investigations are done on the first day, followed by a second visit on receipt of all reports. By the end of the first day, you will be informed about the next day’s appointment date and time.
- •For adults, 12 hours of fasting is required prior to the appointment. For children, fasting prior to the appointment is not required.
- •The tests suggested in the selected packages may change, or additional tests may be advised after initial screening/evaluation by the physician. For any additional tests, a new invoice will be generated and payment collected accordingly.
- •If a test is not performed due to any medical reason, no refund will be admissible.
- •To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
